All order that were placed using a discount code or promotion are final sale NO EXCEPTIONS.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return via email at the customer's cost. DMs or other social media messages will not be accepted. Please be sure to review your order for accuracy of shipping address, size/color on apparel items. We strongly urge you to read the product description for each apparel item as not all products are the same fit/style.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A restocking fee may be applied if the item is not in its original condition. Please do not send worn or dirty items back as they will not be accepted. The following items are not eligible for return: Stickers, Facemasks, koozies, wallets, mugs, socks.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@unionmoneyco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package(at customer's cost). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Union Money Co is not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately(within 7 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Facemasks are also final sale.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
In rare occasions, if an item that was ordered is not in stock we will issue a refund. If this is the case you will be notified by email and refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
