Shipping policy
Fulfillment times are currently longer than usual and some orders may ship in multiple packages.
We now offer shipping protection through Route. This package insurance is automatically selected for you upon checkout. If you opt out of this insurance be aware that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once it is handed off to the carrier. See FAQ here Route Package Protection. (If you add Route to your order, your package is insured from loss, damage, and theft. You can report an issue with Route through the mobile app (iOS or Android), through the email you receive from Route after placing your order, or by going to claims.route.com.
- Please allow 4-10 business days for your entire order to ship.
- Your tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation which is emailed upon creating your shipping label.
- Union Money is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If you opted out of shipping insurance and the package tracking says “DELIVERED” and you did not receive your package please contact your local USPS or UPS, whichever carrier was used, for more information on how you may locate your package and possibly file a dispute.
- If a package is returned to us due to incorrect input of shipping address by the customer, a reshipment may be requested at the customer's cost.
International orders: the customer may be subject to additional Goods and Services Tax and/or duty fees.
